From the fragments regarding the "Histories of Cascadia" To the Council of Seventy Seven, Year 1142 Fourth Age

This is the latest translated fragment
In Cascadia, Mountain Country was recognized as the land of the sovereigns. Mountain Country officially, as much as there was an 'officially' in Cascadia, began around 420 feet.
From 420' to roughly a 1000' the people in this belt were often referred to as the 'Low Down Moutain People' and remained civilized in certain respects. It was also where the 'Tenders of the Sacred Flowers' usually lived and was a highly valued place in Cascadian Culture.
All Cascadians would join together in seasonal festivals at various sacred sites in this belt of Cascadia Culture. Their Autumn Festival and its harvest rites are still celebrated in many places around the world. This is where one could find many of the fabled tree house villages.
Up above 1000' was respected as the 'Realm of the Free Humans'. Of Course 1000' was a bit arbitrary. Some of the Free Humans, playfully and/or seriously, declared that their Realm began where the waves licked the sands of Origin. Many simply referred to it as 'The Realm of the Giants,' or 'Giant Country.' It really just meant Moutain People. Going into the 'Realm of the Giants' meant you had a tremendous respect for individual sovereignty and inner courage. You could stand your ground, so to do.
The Valley People and the People of the Plains were under the blanket of Cascadia. They did business and conducted commerce, but they were very upright and stingy with all things Cascadian. And when pressured to come off some of the great trees for commercial purposes they did so with great caution, not wanting to arouse the ire of the giants. Many giants considered specific trees and bushes to be their friends and fierce was their wrath, if their friends were threatened. They cared not for the 'economy' or 'jobs.'
"Come to the Realm of the Free and Learn to Live" was just one of their mottos. Another was the ancient cry, "Don't Tread on Me."
'The Realm of the Giants' was a real force in Cascadian Life. Anyone doing business there, in Cascadia, soon learned how much those Cascadian Sovereigns valued their soil, their trees, their forests, their clean air, and their crystal clear water that was desired the world over.
Besides their multitude of artisans and craftspeople producing an unlimited variety of handmade goods, trade in the Sacred Medicine Flowers and an armada of Hemp Products flowed out of Cascadia and into the world. Cascadia was a wealthy land.
The EArth itself was ripe there. She shined especially on her Forest Dwellers. Those who had leaned to live nearest to Her wetness and develop the sensitivity of spirit to live in such a sacred space.
A Bioregion of purity, cleanliness, goodliness, simplicity, laughter, freedom. A land where creativity, compassion, originality, and authenticity, and service were the standard form of currency. An area of EArth where the people became, once again, an expression of the Consciousness of the EArth. Where the Goddess EArth Mother Reigned in her Glory. Where the people all knew that one, if not infinitely more, Higher Powers of Conscious Force did exist. And if cooperated with, could return a person to natural, organic living very quickly, very wholistically, in a smooth, gracious and forgive/forgetting way. The old alien brainwashed virus ideas could be washed out of a persons mind, body, emotions, psyche, and spirit, etc... in the Great Forests. Drinking the pure waters, kissing the mossy soil of the EArth Mother. Nustling like squirrels in her sacred graves. Free to follow a million trails over mountain and through veil.
A visitor to Cascadia, A Prince of the New Jerusalem, Old Friend of Yeshua, remarked after his year and day visit to Cascadia, "It is such a marvelous land. Every village I experienced, every home I was invited into, was filled with people of color, depth, and richness. It was an invigorating time and every day I felt calmer, clearer. No place did I want to leave and yet every new crag and tree or the wandering of the great elk heards would call me onward. And with me Cascadians and others from the world over and even some of the ancient devas would also be going here and there on their own adventure of discovery. It was glorious."
Cascadia had learned in the time of Babylon to preserve its great forests and rivers. As Babylon receded into its own muck the Cascadians grew into land stewards......
